The Analysis on Two Incorrect Action Events Caused by Loose Core Clamping and the Study of Prevention and Rectification Measures

In conventional substation, cable and soft wire are the most important connection mode between equipment.Any link problem will lead to circuit failure.If it happens in the important control circuit, it may also cause the rejection tripping (closing)of the circuit breaker.This paper illustrates the importance of correct wiring and crimping of wiring cores by analyzing the incorrect action events of two-phase protection, and propose specific measures of prevention and rectification.
