Analysis on Regeneration Optimization of Resin of Condenser Polishers

In view of the shortened operation cycle of the condensate polishing sub bed system and the increased acid and alkali consumption of resin regeneration in Shangan Power Plant,the performance and regeneration process of the ion exchange resin are analyzed to find out the existing problems of the equipment and improve them.Finally, through the regeneration adjustment experiment, the regeneration process is optimized to determine the best amount of acid and alkali,the optimization effect is explained, and the operation suggestions are given.
