Safe operation of dense busway based on passive induction technology

Distributed energy equipment is usually arranged in the underground or top area of the building group. Although it effectively saves urban land resources, its dense installation method requires higher design and selection of electrical equipment. Therefore, more and more distributed energy centers have adopted small and large-capacity closed busways to replace conventional power cables for electrical circuits with larger rated currents. This article introduces two short-circuit faults of dense busbars in a distributed energy center, and diagnoses and analyzes the causes of the faults. An early warning strategy based on the analysis of the current carrying capacity of the wireless passive dense bus and temperature monitoring is established to ensure its safe and stable operation.
