Discussion on talent training of River Basin Centralized Control Center under power market

This paper summarizes the training experience in operation and duty since the implementation of “Remote centralized control, less maintenance”in Wu River centralized control center, and probes into the beneficial measures to be taken in deepening operation and upgrading skills under the new power environment, the purpose of this paper is to explore the cultivation and retention of talents, and to provide impetus for the sustainable development of watershed centralized control center.
