摘要

电力现货市场环境下，如何通过市场化手段释放梯级水电调蓄潜力、优化电力资源配置是一个关键问题。现有研究围绕梯级水电参与现货市场提出了多种优化出清方法和竞价策略，但较少考虑梯级水电的上下游关联特性对现货市场出清价格的影响机理。当下游电站水位达下限时，上游电站面临低价调用，现货市场合理收益受损。针对这一问题，文中提出一种现货市场环境下面向梯级水电收益补偿的场内联营机制。首先，构建梯级水电参与现货市场的出清模型，并通过简单案例阐述了梯级水电低价调用的原理；然后，基于优化问题的Karush-Kuhn-Tucker （KKT）条件推导了水电梯级模型的价格特性。进一步，通过计算应补偿电量和应补偿价格得到下游电站应向上游电站返还的收益

实现上下游电站在现货市场内联合运营。结合中国南方区域电力现货市场实际运行数据展开模拟测算，证明所提机制能够有效解决梯级水力联系造成的梯级水电低价调用现象，实现梯级水电收益的合理分配。

Abstract

In the context of electricity spot markets

how to release the regulation potential of cascade hydropower and optimize the allocation of power resources through market-based approaches is a critical issue. Existing research has proposed various optimal clearing methods and bidding strategies for the participation of cascade hydropower in spot markets

but less consideration has been given to the influence mechanism of the upstream and downstream correlation characteristics of cascade hydropower on clearing prices in the spot market. When the water level of a downstream power station reaches its lower limit

the upstream power stations may be dispatched at low prices

leading to impaired reasonable revenues in the spot market. To address this issue

an in-market pooling mechanism for the revenue compensation of cascade hydropower in the spot market environment is proposed. First

a clearing model for the cascade hydropower participating in the spot market is constructed

and the principle of low-price dispatch of cascade hydropower is illustrated through a simple case. Then

based on the Karush-Kuhn-Tucker (KKT) conditions of the optimization problem

the price characteristics of the hydropower cascade model are derived. Furthermore

by calculating the amount of electricity to be compensated and the price to be compensated

the revenue that downstream power station should refund to the upstream power station can be determined

thereby achieving pooling of upstream and downstream power stations in the spot market. Simulation analysis using actual operation data of the Southern Regional Electricity Spot Market in China demonstrates that the proposed mechanism can effectively mitigate the low-price dispatch phenomenon caused by cascade hydraulic linkages and facilitate a rational distribution of revenues among cascade hydropower stations.
