摘要

随着可再生能源的大规模并网及风电在电力系统中渗透率的持续提升，系统频率调节压力不断增加，给电网的稳定运行带来了新的挑战。因此，本文提出一种基于转子转速与系统频率变化率的一次调频控制策略。首先，引入具有自调节特性的Logistic函数，构建了能够实时响应转子动能状态的自适应下垂系数调节机制。其次，融合频率变化率作为动态调节参数，在频率急剧跌落时可以快速调整下垂控制系数，缩短风电机组响应延迟。最后，在MATLAB/SIMULINK平台上搭建了双馈感应风力发电机(doubly-fed induction generator

DFIG)的仿真模型。仿真结果表明，所提方法能够有效抑制频率最大偏差，缩短频率恢复时间。

Abstract

With the large-scale integration of renewable energy and the increasing penetration of wind power in power systems

the pressure on system frequency regulation is escalating

posing new challenges to grid stability.To address this issue

this paper proposes a primary frequency regulation control strategy based on rotor speed and the rate of change of system frequency(RoCoF).A logistic function with self-regulating characteristics is introduced to construct an adaptive droop coefficient adjustment mechanism that can respond in real-time to the rotor kinetic energy state.The RoCoF is further incorporated as a dynamic adjustment parameter

enabling rapid tuning of the droop coefficient during sudden frequency drops to shorten the response delay of wind turbines.A doubly-fed induction generator-based wind turbine simulation model is established on the SIMULINK/MATLAB.Simulation results show that the proposed strategy effectively suppresses the maximum frequency deviation and reduces the frequency recovery time.
