摘要

针对以数字化发展赋能电力企业及区域经济发展问题，聚焦持续优化电力营商环境，从电力视角研究区域招商引资项目落地情况。基于招商引资项目落地涉及的电力供应业务，选取电力供应核心指标，构建招商因子项目落地分析指标体系。利用主层次分析法、专家评价法，计算获得电力指数、供电质量指数、客户服务满意度指数、项目落地“达产”指数4个一级指标权重，根据业扩报装、供电质量、客户满意度、项目投产等环节业务实际，构建项目落地指数分析模型。最后以某供电公司为例，给出该模型的典型实践案例，为相关政府部门更准确地掌握招商引资落地情况提供丰富、客观的数据支持。

Abstract

Aiming at the issue of empowering electric power enterprises and regional economic development through digital advancement

we center on continuously enhancing the business environment in the power sector and explore the regional investment attraction implementation from a power perspective.Considering the power supply operations involved in implementing investment attraction projects

the core indicators of power supply to construct an analysis index system for implementing investment factor projects are selected.Utilizing the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and expert evaluation methods

the weights of four first-level indices are calculated:power index

power supply quality index

customer satisfaction index

and project "reach-production" index.Based on the actual operations of business expansion

power supply quality

customer satisfaction

and project commissioning

a model to analyze the index of project implementation is built.Finally

taking a certain power supply company as an example

a typical case of the practical application of this model is provided

offering richer and more objective data support for relevant government departments to grasp the situation of investment attraction implementation more accurately.
