摘要

针对电动给水泵液力偶合器滤油系统在实际运行中滤油难的问题

从液力偶合器滤油系统实际管路布置情况入手

分析原因并对原系统进行了改造。结果表明:引起液力偶合器在运行中滤油难的主要原因是系统管路设计、布置不合理;改造方案实施后

大大减轻操作人员的劳动强度

增加了油系统滤油能力

节省了人力和滤油时间。

Abstract

It’s hard to filter oil in practical operation of hydraulic coupling with motor-driven feedwater pump

starting with the practical pipe line configuration of oil filtration system of hydraulic cou?pling

analyzes the cause of the problem and improves the original system. The result shows that the de?sign and arrangement irrationality of system pipe line is the main reason caused oil filtration difficultyin the operation of hydraulic coupling; and after the improvement scheme to actualize

greatly reducesthe work intensity of the operators

increases oil filtration capability

saves manpower and oil filteringtime.
