摘要

针对国电电力甘肃酒泉发电厂1号炉脱硫系统烟气换热器换热元件严重损坏的问题

从波纹板箱结构、搪瓷喷涂工艺、蒸汽吹灰压力、烟气换热器的设计等方面进行分析

提出了相应的解决办法。分析结果表明:故障的主要原因是换热元件波纹板箱压紧力不够和搪瓷喷涂工艺存在问题。

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of heat exchange element damage of flue gas heat exchanger for de?sulfurization system in No.1 boiler of State Power Electric Power Jiuquan Power Plant

analyzes thestructure of the corrugated crate

the technics of the porcelain enamel spraying

the pressure of steamsoot blowing and design of flue gas heat exchanger

puts forward corresponding solutions. The resultshows that the main causation of the fault are insufficient clamping force on corrugated crate of heat ex?change element

and the technics of the porcelain enamel spraying exists problems.
