摘要

需求响应参与电力市场交易，既有利于发挥其在电力资源优化配置的效果，促进需求响应项目的可持续开展，也能改善市场价格形成机制，降低电力市场运行风险。总结了美国PJM现货市场环境下的需求响应机制与方法，论述了需求响应参与日前、实时电能量市场，备用和调频辅助服务市场的交易组织过程，重点分析了现货电能量市场中的需求响应机制设计原理；最后，结合我国电力现货市场的实际情况，分析需求响应机制对市场交易和调度运行的影响，提出了通过市场化手段促进需求响应项目实施的建议。

Abstract

The participation of demand response（DR）in electricity market trading can enhance the optimal allocation of electricity resources

promote the DR programs implemented sustainably

improve the price mechanism of electricity market

and reduce the risk of electricity market operation. The DR approaches and mechanism under PJM electricity spot market are concluded. The process of DR participating in day-ahead and real-time electricity market

ancillary service market is described

and the principles related with DR approaches and mechanism in electricity spot market is also analyzed. Finally

based on the spot market in our country

the influence of DR mechanism to market transaction and dispatching is analyzed and suggestions for DR program implementation is proposed as well.
