摘要

随着温室效应的日益加剧，应对全球气候变化，实现清洁、低碳发展已经成为人类社会共同努力的目标之一。实现“双碳”目标将对我国能源电力发展和公众的低碳能源消费方式转变提出新的要求。分析了“碳中和”背景下能源电力消费侧的需求，探索能源绿色消费转型的发展方向，从工业、建筑、交通、农业等不同领域探究电力消费侧发展新模式。

Abstract

With the increasing intensification of the green-house effect

coping with global climate change and achieving clean and low-carbon development has become one of the common goals of human society. The realization of the dual-carbon goal will put forward new requirements for the development of domestic energy and power and the transformation of the public’s low-carbon energy consumption patterns. The demand for energy and power consumption under the background of“carbon neutrality”is analyzed

and the development direction of energy green consumption transformation and new development models of power consumption from different fields such as industry

construction

transportation

and agriculture are explored.
