摘要

用户侧用能设备的泛在接入、数据融合共享是泛在电力物联网建设的重点方向之一。未来，数据驱动的业务发展将成为必然。基于浙江省电能替代业务创新开展情况，探索数据驱动的电能替代工作开展方式，提出电能替代精益管理模式，为泛在电力物联网发展背景下的电能替代工作实施提供参考。
