摘要

围绕重要用户风险预警工作，依托营配调贯通建设成果，整合实时的开关跳闸、保护动作信息、设备台账信息以及用户档案等数据，通过构建模型化的重要用户信息库，并应用到故障停电、计划停电以及电力保障管理业务中，实现对重要用户各类风险的实时监控和主动预警，有利于及时做好供电服务工作。

Abstract

This paper focuses on the major users risk warning work

based on perforation of“marketing-distribution network-dispatching”

integration of real-time switch tripping

protection of action information

equipment

ledger information and user files and other data

realize the real-time monitoring and active early warning of all kinds of risks of major users by constructing a model of major users information database and applying it to the business of power failure

planned power outage and power security management in order to timely provide power supply services.
