摘要

对电能替代面临的不利因素，归纳出电能替代商业模式的3个发展阶段，提出基于市场培育资金需求和最终用户用电规模的商业模式设计思路，并着重对合同能源管理 (energy performance contracting

EMC)、建设— 移交(build transfer

BT)、建设—运营—转让(build operate transfer

BOT) 等电能替代典型商务模式进行了分析介绍。通过探索商务模式的多样化，有效推动电能替代纵深发展。
