摘要

过对等级列举式分类法、分面组配式分类法和自由分类法 3种主流网络信息资源分类方法进行系统梳理和比对分析，结合电力营销客户标签的创建和应用特点，提出了一种基于电力营销业务的客户标签分类组织方法，为电力营销客户标签库系统管理提供参考。
