摘要

汉供电公司开发利用用电行为大数据分析工具，挖掘客户用电行为的关键点、关注点以及客户服务的缺失点，通过该分析工具针对性地解决问题、改善指标和提升服务，解决电费回收难的问题。该工具能够科学量化用电行为、有效展示分析成果，在实际推广应用中获得良好效果。
