摘要

电营业厅综合管理是电力营销管理创新的需求，开展供电营业厅综合管理，有利于规范用电营业规则和标准的执行，有利于提高工作质量和经营管理、服务水平，进一步提高电力公司的经济效益与社会效益。介绍供电公司营业厅管理现状，分析供电营业厅综合管理系统的需求，提出系统设计方案和应用前景。
