摘要

绍了德州售电公司的市场运营模式，详细分析了售电公司参与市场运营的市场交易模式、风险规避方法以及市场营销策略。借鉴德州售电公司市场运营的成功经验，基于我国新电改的背景，从定价方式、风险规避以及市场营销3个方面对我国售电公司的运营提出建议。

Abstract

This paper introduces the market operation mode of electricity sales company in Texas

analysing the companies’ marketing transaction model

risk aversion methods and marketing strategy in detail.Based on the successful experience of Texas’ electricity sales company and the background of new electricity reform in our country

this paper puts forward some suggestions on the operation of China's electricity sales company from three aspects of pricing

risk aversion and marketing .
