摘要

费者群体的消费特征、充电设施的发展水平、用户充电设施的使用感知都影响着电动汽车的推广效果。西北地区交通设施空间分异不均衡成为这一地区电动汽车推广的瓶颈。通过实证调研分析西北地区电动汽车应用和充电设施发展的市场因素，结合西北地区交通设施空间分异现状，提出了兼顾西北地区市场特征和交通设施水平的电动汽车与充电设施发展策略。

Abstract

The effective of electric vehicle’s extension was influenced by consumers characteristics

development level of charging facilities and customers application feeling or demands.Besides

electric vehicle’s industry has been limited by unbalanced regional development of transportation infrastructure.Considering the status of Traffic Facilities Space Differentiation

the paper is based on data of practical research and analyze nortnwest china’s electric vehicles and charging facilities

puting forward some development strategies of Northwest market and the level of traffic facilities.
