摘要

重庆朝天门港口为研究对象，介绍了重庆朝天门八码头智能港口岸电系统的架构和主要功能，从安全、经济、环保等方面对岸电技术进行了综合分析，并从投资建设模式和统一支付系统2个角度对岸电技术的扩大应用提出了具体工作建议。

Abstract

This paper introduces the framework and functions of the intelligent shore-side power system at Chongqing Chaotianmen Port

and makes a comprehensive analysis for the shore-side power technology from the perspective of safety

economy and environmental protection.Meanwhile

the paper provides two specific suggestions for the expanding of shore-side power technology which includes investment mode and unified payment system.
