In order to realize the safe and economic operation of active distribution networks
an optimal scheduling method considering the uncertainty boundaries of both source and load sides is proposed. Firstly
the uncertainty of renewable energy output and the system standby constraint boundary relationship are established on the power side
while consumer psychology models and the concept of normal cloud on the load side are used to uniformly describe the demand side response and response boundary uncertainty. Then
an active distribution network scheduling model incorporating wind power
photovoltaic power generation
battery energy storage
and flexible loads is constructed to achieve coordinated optimization of source-grid-load-storage. Finally
the case analysis verifies that the proposed optimization method can effectively reduce scheduling costs
improve the capacity of renewable energy consumption
alleviate the pressure on higher level scheduling
and enhance the safety and economy of distribution network operation.
