An Analysis of the Influential Factors of CO2 Emission Based on Coefficient of Variation and GAHP
emission and the relationship between various factors
the statistics of total CO
2
emission and the influential factors of CO
2
in the recent years are collected. Meanwhile
the influential factors of CO
2
emission are classified into direct factors and indirect ones. By using Coefficient of Variation Method
Grey theory and Analytic Hierarchy Process (GAHP)
the importance and relevance between the CO
2
emission and its various influential factors are analyzed. The results show that the total consumption of natural gas and other energy presents the main direct influential factors for the CO
2
growth
and total fixed asset investment of the wh
ole society and the industry’s GDP are the main indirect influential factors. At the same time
the relationships between CO
2
emission and coal energy and the three major traditional industries in China are closest.
