0.8) composite ceramics were prepared by the traditional solid-state reaction method. The structural
dielectric
ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties of the ceramics were investigated. XRD results show that all the ceramics show typical tetragonal perovskite structures
with various lattice parameters induced by different amounts of BiFeO
3
concentration. The dielectric permittivitytemperature curve shows that
both the temperature of phase transition and the value of dielectr
ic permittivity have been affected by theBiFeO
3
concentration. It has been found that
at the room temperature
dielectric permittivity of the ceramics increases with the increase of the BiFeO
3
concentration. And the diffuse phase transition has been observed in the ceramics. Besides
all samples show clear ferroelectric and piezoelectric characteristics
and these characteristics change in the same trends along with the BiFeO
