摘要

投资估算处于建筑工程的前期阶段，准确的估算对项目的推进有重大的意义.目前还没有统一通用的模型适用于各类建筑工程.详细阐述了国内专家针对目前国内的具体经济技术状况，结合国内外的各种方法，建立相应的模型.并进一步总结各种方法的优劣性以及适用范围.

Abstract

The accurate estimate of investment at the early stage of the construction has great influence on the propulsion of the construction work. There is no unified general model applicable to all kinds of construction projects. Regarding the domestic economic and technological conditions

Chinese experts have established models on the basis of different ways at home and abroad. The pros and cons of various methods and the scope of the application are summarized.
