Abstract

Large-scale thermal power project construc-tion needs to go through several procedures

such as the feasibility study

preliminary design

construction design

con-struction commissioning and operation optimization.This pa-per mainly focuses on the following aspects:electronic de-sign optimization steps

design optimization measures

hot spot and difficulties of optimization.Compare the reliability

flexibility

advancement

practicality

economic condition un-der the constraints of regulations.Thus

the cost of the proj-ect will be deduced and the company will get the maxi-mum profit by design optimization.
