Abstract
Increasing parameters for subcritical units upgrade is a hot issue recently as well as cross-generation. By technical and economic comparison between these two retrofitting programs
the result for 600 MW wet cooling subcritical unit shows that the former can reduce coal consumption to 298.67g/(k W·h) while the latter 277.3g/(k W·h). However
parameter-increase scheme has more advantages such as small retrofitting scale
