Low-frequency Impedance Modeling of Wind Energy Conversion System Considering Mechanical Dynamics and Operating Regions
“In the realm of renewable energy integration, a novel analytical impedance model for wind energy conversion systems has been developed. This model, which incorporates electromechanical dynamics, addresses the gap in mechanical dynamics within impedance analysis. It enhances stability assessment for low-frequency oscillations and provides insights into mechanical parameters affecting small-signal stability. This advancement offers a more accurate impedance analysis and paves the way for improved system stability and performance.”
