Multi-virtual synchronous generator (VSG) parallel systems face the risk of power and frequency oscillations
which threaten the safety and stability of system operation. Existing small-signal modeling methods are structurally complex and cannot fully reveal the power-frequency response characteristics of the system under different disturbances. To address this issue
first
based on the electromechanical analogy principle
a mechanical admittance model of a multi-VSG parallel system is constructed under different disturbance conditions
and the transfer function of the system's power-frequency response is derived. Second
the frequency-domain response results based on this transfer function are compared and analyzed with time-domain simulation results from MATLAB/Simulink
revealing and validating the power-frequency oscillation characteristics and their variation laws of the multi-VSG parallel system under different parameters. Finally
experiments on a two-unit 100 kVA VSG parallel system further verify the correctness of the established mechanical admittance model and the associated theoretical analysis.
