Multi-objective Scheduling for Biomass-Photovoltaic-Hydrogen Integrated Fully Renewable Energy Systems Based on Physics-informed GAN
To address the uncertainty of photovoltaic (PV) power output and achieve the synergistic optimization of economic and environmental objectives in the operation of biomass-photovoltaic-hydrogen fully renewable energy systems (BPH-FRES),this paper proposes a multi-objective dispatch method that integrates a physics-informed generative adversarial network (PI-GAN).First,the system architecture of BPH-FRES is constructed, and models of key components are developed.Next,to handle the uncertainty in PV power output,a PI-GAN framework is proposed to generate high-fidelity scenarios, which are then reduced using the K-means++ method.Based on this,a multi-objective optimization model aiming to minimize both operational costs and carbon emissions is established and solved using an improved NSGA-II algorithm.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed PI-GAN method can effectively generate physically consistent PV output scenarios, significantly improving the accuracy of uncertainty modeling. The balanced dispatch strategy based on these scenarios achieves a favorable trade-off between economic and environmental objectives, optimizing the overall operational benefits of the system.Sensitivity analysis further reveals the nonlinear impact of key market parameters on system operation strategies.
