Multi-timescale Operation Optimization Strategy for Energy Communities Considering Bounded Rationality
Aiming at the interactive coupling between the bounded rational behavior of prosumers and multi-timescale decision-making in energy communities,this propose a multi-timescale operation optimization strategy that accounts for bounded rationality. First,a day-ahead and intra-day energy utility model for prosumers is constructed based on modified prospect theory. Then,taking into account power flow security constraints and the benefits of various entities,a multi-timescale energy optimization model is established between the energy trading service provider (ETSP) and the prosumers. Finally,a time-out-considered relaxed alternating direction method of multipliers (TC-R-ADMM) is proposed to efficiently solve the optimization problem in a distributed manner,thereby improving convergence speed. Case studies demonstrate that the proposed method can ensure the secure operation of the energy community while significantly enhancing the prosumers’ average daily energy utility and the comprehensive revenue of the ETSP.
