Research on Operational Security Risk Assessment of Virtual Power Plants Based on Game Theory Combination Weighting and Two-dimensional Divisible Cloud Model
Virtual power plants (VPPs),which operate by aggregating diverse resources, face multiple internal and external risks.Conducting operational security risk assessments helps prevent potential risks and ensures the secure and stable operation of new power systems. From an internal and external perspective, this study first constructs an operational security risk assessment index system for VPPs from four dimensions: system security risk, incident security risk, data security risk, and cyber security risk.Next, introducing the concept of Nash equilibrium game theory,a combination weighting method integrating the entropy weight method and the Bayesian best-worst method (BWM) is proposed, and a risk assessment model based on a two-dimensional divisible cloud model is established. Finally,an empirical evaluation of VPPs in three provinces was conducted. The results indicate that output prediction deviation, demand response execution, equipment failure rate, and human operational accidents are critical risk indicators. The VPP located in Province J exhibits a relatively low operational security risk level, while those in Provinces H and S are at a medium risk level. The proposed model can provide a reference for risk management by VPP operators.
