Resilience Enhancement Strategy for Distribution Networks Based on Coordination and Transaction Settlement of Multiple Types of Virtual Power Plants
This paper proposes a distribution network resilience enhancement strategy based on the coordination of multiple types of VPPs and the optimization of transaction settlement.First,a full-process management framework for the participation of multiple types of VPPs in grid dispatch and electricity trading is constructed.Second,a transaction settlement mechanism for VPPs participating in power supply restoration is designed, where the incentive unit price is determined by both the declared response quantity and the actual response quantity.Furthermore,a two-layer power supply restoration model with pre-disaster and post-disaster coordination is established: in the pre-disaster stage, the model aims to minimize load shedding, optimizes the VPPs’ response quantities, and reports them to the dispatch center; in the post-disaster stage, the response plan, network reconfiguration, and real-time dispatch of emergency resources are adjusted based on the deviation between actual and predicted values. Finally, incentive payments for the disaster phase are settled.Simulation results based on a modified IEEE 33-node system show that the proposed strategy can effectively enhance the post-disaster power supply restoration resilience of the distribution network and promote the active participation of VPPs in the restoration process through reasonable incentives.
