Optimized Operation of Community Integrated Energy Systems Considering Dynamic Pricing Mechanism and Demand Response
To address the issues of excess wind and solar power output and supply-demand imbalance in certain community integrated energy systems (CIES), an optimized operation model is proposed that integrates a dynamic pricing mechanism with load demand response. First, a CIES model is established, incorporating load demand response and user satisfaction factors. Second, a dynamic pricing mechanism based on the supply-demand relationship between the wind and solar power output and load demand is introduced to guide load participation in demand response. Concurrently, the K-means clustering algorithm is employed to generate typical wind-solar output forecast scenarios, and chance-constrained programming is utilized to handle the uncertainty of renewable energy output. This approach transforms the problem into a mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) model to reduce computational complexity. Finally, the CPLEX solver is invoked to maximize the operational revenue of the CIES. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed model can effectively unlock the potential of load demand response, promote the accommodation of wind and solar power, and enhance the economic benefits of CIES.
