Capacity Optimization Configuration of Wind-PV-Storage Microgrids Based on Improved Grey Wolf Optimizer
To enhance the economic efficiency and operational reliability of wind-PV-storage microgrids, this paper establishes a demand response-integrated microgrid model and employs an improved grey wolf optimizer (IGWO) for solution. Addressing the tendency of conventional grey wolf optimizer (GWO) to converge to local optima, the following enhancements are proposed: Firstly, good point set initialization is adopted to enhance initial population diversity. Secondly, a nonlinear convergence factor balances global exploration and local exploitation capabilities. Subsequently, the position update formula is modified to expand search scope during initial iterations and accelerate convergence in later stages. Finally, lens opposition-based learning combined with greedy strategy enables local optimum escape. Comparative testing functions and case studies validate the effectiveness of the improved algorithm.
