Optimal Dispatch for Cross-regional Integration of Wind-PV-Hydropower Hybrid Systems Based on Cascade Hydropower Regulation
Under the “dual carbon”goals,China’s energy structure is undergoing accelerated transformation and upgrading, with renewable energy and new power systems becoming the focal points of societal attention. To address the large-scale cross-regional grid integration of wind and solar power while satisfying constraints such as linearized power transmission in DC channels and reducing grid disturbances from DC transmission, this paper proposes a three-stage optimal dispatch method for wind-PV-hydropower hybrid systems based on cascade hydropower regulation. Stage 1: At the sending end,a multi-objective optimization model is developed for the linearized segmented regulation of wind-PV power, incorporating load variation trends in the receiving-end grid and cascade hydropower regulation. This model ensures compliance with DC transmission linearization constraints and minimizes grid disturbances. Stage 2: A Stackelberg game model is established between the receiving-end grid and the wind-PV-hydropower alliance to solve for their respective optimal objectives. Stage 3: A profit allocation model based on Nash bargaining is constructed to maintain the stability of cooperative mechanisms within the alliance. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method enhances the utilization efficiency of regulation resources, safeguards hydropower regulation benefits, and promotes renewable energy integration.
