Abstract

The New Type Power System is the latest elaboration on the direction of the transformation and upgrading of the national power system

and plays an important role in the energy revolution

dual carbon goals

and the evolution and development of the power system. It is not only related to the evolution of electric power system and the application of innovative technology

but also become the key to the transformation and development of energy and electric power industry. This paper focus on the industry research perspective

a new type of power system development based on the theory of SCP paradigm

the evolution of the industrial chain

the transformation of social technology

value creation and relevant theory of ideas

from the change of industrial structure

elements of mechanisms

value creation logic from three aspects

respectively study industry development foundation

the industrial transformation of power

the value of industrial development

Thus the framework of industrial development research under the New Type Power System is constructed. Part of the changes in industrial structure and centering on the new macro performance and main characteristics of electric power system

describes the new part of the key areas of the power system and the relationship of the energy industry chain

for example analyzes the uhv

flexible resources

alternative energy

electric power market construction

key areas such as digital transformation and its potential impact and the expected value; In the part of the driving force of industrial transformation

the author uses the theory of social technology transformation to study the profound changes and main functions of the social

technological and competitive elements of the New Type Power System

and extracts the relations of the four elements driving the New Type Power System

namely policy

ecology

technology and market drive. It shows the driving force of industrial transformation of the New Type Power System in the aspects of overall layout

pattern evolution

form evolution and industry type innovation. Part in industry value

academic and industry experts on new type of power system based on value creation perspective combing with the hypothesis

through depth interviews and grounded theory analysis

extract the new connotation of the value creation in power system

namely

social justice

regional balance

industry coordination

economic security

they are rooted in the new development of power system

It is the result of interaction among social

technological and competitive factors. The research of this paper shows that: the industrial development under the New Type Power System is to regard the related industries of the New Type Power System as a whole or multiple industrial clusters

in line with the general law of industrial development and transformation

which contains the profound connotation of energy reform

twin tower goal development and social technology transformation; With the development of new electric power system related fields

its influence on the energy and electric power industry is gradually emerging. It is similar to an industrial system

and will show the staggered influence of social

technological and competitive factors

bringing great value and high significance rooted in the connotation of national economic and social development.
