The rapid development of integrated energy systems has brought about the problems of increasing load volatility and complicating transmission and distribution cost allocation
which puts forward higher requirements for the economy and efficiency of system operation. To address these issues
this paper proposes a pricing mechanism of transmission and distribution price considering the load rate. According to the user load rate
the BARY curve is used to apportion the transmission and distribution costs
and a scientific and reasonable two-part electricity price scheme is designed. On this basis
combined with the ladder carbon trading mechanism and flexible load demand response
a low-carbon optimal dispatching model for multiple integrated energy systems under cooperative game is established
and the Shapley value method is used to realize the fair distribution of cooperation benefits. The numerical example analysis results show that the proposed method is beneficial to improving the load rate of the integrated energy system and reducing the total operating cost and total carbon emission of the integrated energy system.
