Uneven load distribution and distributed photovoltaic(PV)can significantly elevate the operational complexity of low-voltage distribution networks
exacerbating voltage fluctuations and escalating network losses. In order to compensate for the limitations of oversimplified models and inadequate cooperative control in low-voltage unbalanced distribution networks
a PV-storage coordinated control strategy for this type of unbalanced networks is proposed.Based on the accurate modeling of three-phase four wire low-voltage distribution network
with system voltage deviation minimization and network loss reduction as dual optimization objectives and considering the PV inverter reactive power
and both active-reactive power outputs of the four-quadrant energy storage
a collaborative control model with the reactive power of photovoltaic inverter and the active and reactive power of four quadrant energy storage system as the optimization variables is established; The original nonconvex nonlinear model is relaxed to a convex optimization model by the second-order cone programming method
which makes the model obtain global optimality and can be solved quickly. The simulation of an actual low-voltage distribution network example shows that the proposed cooperative control strategy significantly improves voltage profile uniformity and reduces network losses while strictly adhering to three-phase imbalance constraints
which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
