The high penetration rate of renewable energy has led to the aggravation of low-frequency faults in the power grid
and the traditional low-frequency load shedding strategy is difficult to meet the current stage of the power grid's rapid frequency regulation needs
energy storage as an important means of frequency regulation in the power grid and face the SOC overrun problem
in order to maintain the frequency stability of the power grid and reduce the low-frequency load shedding action
a low-frequency load shedding optimization control strategy considering the balance of the charge state of the energy storage is proposed.Firstly
the storage energy consumption characteristic function considering the charge state is established to quantify the storage operating cost as the control basis;secondly
the distributed consistency algorithm is utilized to achieve the participation of storage in the low-frequency fault power allocation with the goal of minimizing the FM(frequency modulation)loss;lastly
the simulation is conducted bosed on the proposed control strategy. The simulation results show that the consistency-based distributed control strategy can reduce the number of low-frequency load shedding actions
alleviate the user's bad experience of blackout and achieve the storage clusters' of SOC equalization
and improve the stability and security of the power grid.
