摘要

为分析透水混凝土设计空隙率与实际空隙率的差异，考虑成型方法、骨料级配、水泥浆用量、水灰比等因素，测试新成型和硬化试件空隙率、骨料间隙率等体积参数。结果发现，相比于振动成型和旋转压实法，击实法新成型试件空隙率更接近设计空隙率，击实100次时，硬化试件空隙率随级配变粗而增加，随浆骨比增加而非线性降低，随水灰比增加而增加。浆骨比为0.23、0.27、0.31时，硬化试件空隙率分别降低2.7%、0.4%

水灰比由0.25增加到0.35时硬化试件空隙率增加了0.8%。硬化试件的实际空隙率显著高于设计空隙率，两者差异随级配变粗而增大，随浆骨比的增加而变大，随水灰比的降低而减少，由设计空隙率预估实际空隙率时应根据压实水平和混合料组成综合修正。该研究的试验成果和预估公式可为实际工程中预估硬化试件实际空隙率提供依据。
