摘要

极端灾害下配电网发生大面积故障停电后，含有分布式电源和储能的主动配电网可通过孤岛划分和网络重构对负荷进行供电恢复。针对风电出力不确定性下主动配电网故障恢复的问题，提出基于鲁棒随机优化的两阶段配电网故障恢复模型。其中阶段1以负荷停电损失最小为目标函数，根据历史数据构建风电出力的event-wise模糊集，采用鲁棒随机优化方法求解；阶段2综合利用配电网中储能、可控负荷追踪匹配风电出力，以负荷停电损失和网损最小为目标函数，对配电网故障恢复运行期进行优化调度。最后以改进IEEE 33节点配电网为算例，通过仿真对比验证了所提模型和方法的优越性。
