Based on Chengdu’s solar resource conditions and energy consumption structure characteristics
this study takes Chengdu’s industrial parks as an example. Focusing on both factory buildings and non-factory buildings
it conducts a distributed PV potential assessment from two perspectives: rooftop PV utilization potential and construction sequencing. At the level of potential utilization of rooftop photovoltaics
by simulating the solar radiation on building roofs and finely extracting the effective installation area of rooftop photovoltaics
the installed capacity of rooftop photovoltaics in industrial parks is accurately calculated to be 13.65 million kW
with an annual total power generation of 10981.00 GW·h. The total photovoltaic power generation on industrial plant roofs is 8895.85 GW·h
and the supply-demand matching degree between rooftop photovoltaic power generation and industrial electricity comsumption is 89.67%. The potential for rooftop photovoltaic utilization is enormous. At the temporal level of rooftop photovoltaic construction
a temporal decision-making model is constructed based on the entropy weight method
proposing a five-level classification of deployment units “highest
second highest
general
low priority
not recommended”
providing a new perspective for energy security and low-carbon transformation of urban industrial parks.
