To address the issue of output voltage fluctuations in low-voltage load interface converters of DC microgrids caused by uncertain disturbances
an improved active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) strategy is proposed. This strategy integrates disturbance differential compensation with a cascaded extended state observer (ESO) to more effectively suppress voltage variations. By combining the disturbance differential compensation with the cascaded observer architecture
the proposed method achieves accurate disturbance reconstruction without excessively increasing the observer bandwidth
thereby avoiding system oscillation. Moreover
it alleviates the inherent coupling between tracking performance and disturbance rejection capability. The stability of the proposed control approach was proved based on Lyapunov stability theory. Meanwhile
theoretical analyses on disturbance estimation performance
disturbance rejection performance
coupling characteristics and robustness are carried out to illustrate that the proposed improved control strategy effectively suppresses both internal and external disturbances. Finally
numerical simulations validate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed improved control strategy.
