in order to promote the economic operation of integrated energy systems (IES)
reduce carbon emissions of IES
and address the imbalance in energy distribution across different seasons
this paper proposes an IES low-carbon economic optimization method that considers seasonal factors and joint trading of stepped carbon and green certificates. Firstly
equipment models for electricity
heat
gas
and hydrogen-related units are built
and dynamic balance models based on the power characteristics of various entities are constructed. Secondly
based on the existing stepped carbon trading mechanism and green certificate mechanism
a stepped carbon-green certificate joint trading mechanism is proposed. Thirdly
a low-carbon economic optimization model with the least system operation cost and carbon emissions is established
and the optimal weight of the objective function is determined. Finally
based on different examples for several scenarios
the effect of the stepped carbon-green certificate joint trading mechanism on IES in different seasons and its impact on the system’s thermoelectric ratio from the perspectives of cost and carbon emissions are analyzed
