Abstract
This paper addresses the co-simulation challenges of large-scale distributed photovoltaic (PV) grid-connected systems in the context of cyber-physical systems (CPS). A state-caching-based synchronization method is proposed
enabling precise synchronization between continuous system simulation and discrete event simulation. By incorporating state caching and a simulation rollback mechanism
this method achieves a balance between simulation accuracy and efficiency. Based on the proposed synchronization strategy
a co-simulation platform is constructed by integrating Matlab and OPNET. Through the design of boundary nodes
the mapping between power system nodes and communication nodes is effectively implemented. Simulation results validate the functionality of the platform and confirm the accuracy of the computations. Furthermore
comparative analyses demonstrate the platform’s superior computational efficiency compared to other co-simulation platforms.
