Low‑carbon optimal scheduling of hydrogen‑ammonia blended integrated energy systems considering tiered carbon potential integrated demand response and dynamic green certificate‑green hydrogen collaborative trading
With the increasing penetration of renewable energy into energy systems
enhancing renewable energy accommodation and achieving low‑carbon system operation have become increasingly important. To this end
a low‑carbon optimal scheduling strategy for hydrogen‑ammonia‑blended integrated energy systems is proposed
considering tiered carbon potential demand response and dynamic green certificate‑green hydrogen collaborative trading. First
to enhance green hydrogen utilization
hydrogen‑blended gas firing and ammonia‑blended coal firing are introduced to establish a high‑efficiency hydrogen and ammonia utilization model. Second
based on the carbon emission flow theory
a multi‑energy demand response model considering tiered carbon potential is constructed by combining dynamic carbon emission factors with multi‑energy loads on the demand side. Then
the coupling and complementary relationship between green certificate trading mechanisms and green hydrogen certificate trading mechanisms is analyzed. Finally
by considering the supply‑demand characteristics of trading prices
a dynamically responsive green certificate‑green hydrogen collaborative trading mechanism is proposed
thereby formulating a low‑carbon economic dispatch model for integrated energy systems involving hydrogen‑blended gas and ammonia‑blended coal. Case studies under different scenarios verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheduling strategy in improving the accommodation level of green power and green hydrogen as well as carbon reduction in both generation and load sides
achieving low‑carbon and economic operation of the system.
