Wind power-photovoltaic-energy storage joint planning based on unit output characteristic analysis
photovoltaic and energy storage capacity is the basis for efficient utilization of new energy and stable operation of loads. Aiming at the goal of building a new power system with new energy as the main body under the “double carbon” target
a joint planning method for wind power
photovoltaic and energy storage based on the analysis of output characteristics of power units is proposed. Firstly
by analyzing the long-term operation characteristics of the power system source-load
the general operation law of source-load is revealed
the unit timing output ratio model is established
and the output characteristics of the unit are analyzed. In addition
a joint planning model of wind power
photovoltaic and energy storage capacity based on the analysis of unit output characteristics is further constructed
and the wind power
photovoltaic and energy storage capacity under the background of high proportion of new energy access to the power system is scientifically configured. Moreover
a comprehensive evaluation system for the ratio of source-storage capacity to the advantages and disadvantages of planning results is designed
and the planning results are comprehensively evaluated from the aspects of power balance
new energy consumption
and carbon emission reduction. Finally
simlation is carried out by taking a large regional power grid as an example. The results show that
the proposed model can allocate reasonable wind power
photovoltaic and energy storage capacity based on the analysis of the output characteristics of power units.
