Simulation calculation and optimized operation of mass concentration of chlorine ion in wet flue gas desulfurization slurry
The mass concentration of chloride ion in desulfurization slurry has always been an important controlled object for desulfurization system of thermal power plants. The experimental measurement of mass concentration of chloride ion in slurry is not only time-consuming and laborious
but also impossible to measure in real time. In this paper
according to the operation of slurry discharge pump and the DCS monitoring data of the power plant
based on the traditional material balance model and iterative algorithm
the calculation model for mass concentration of chloride ion in slurry is established
and the change of mass concentration of chloride ion in slurry is simulated and calculated based on the actual unit operating conditions. The study shows that
the calculation results of the model are basically consistent with the experimental measurements
with an average percentage error of 4.44%
which verifies the effectiveness of the model to some extent. Subsequently
combining with the actual operation of the power plant
the chlorine migration of the unit is analyzed and targeted Scenario analysis is carried out from two perspectives of the source and destination of chlorine in the absorption tower
and corresponding optimization operation suggestions are given. This model can realize real-time simulation of mass concentration of the chlorine ion in the slurry in the absorption tower
and has important engineering application value for timely replenishment and discharge of the desulfurization system of the power plant
as well as reducing the discharge of desulfurization wastewater
and ensuring the stable operation of the desulfurization system.
