Abstract
In order to meet the environmental protection requirements of ultra-low emissions
the selective noncatalytic reduction(SNCR) system of some circulating fluidized bed(CFB) units needs to be adjusted by excessive injection of ammonia
resulting in excessive ammonia escape and ash accumulation blockage in tail duct. This article introduces three ways to reduce the consumption of reducing agents in engineering applications
including low-nitrogen combustion in furnace
optimization of denitration lances
and model predictive control
as well as the operation strategies and transformation directions of these three corresponding methods. Against the development and deficiencies of the existing technologies
a new technology for suppressing CFB pollutants based on gas composition partitioning is proposed. This technology can accurately control different areas of the CFB boiler
optimize the combustion process
deeply inhibit the original generation of NO_x
and reduce the consumption of denitrification reducing agent. It has the advantages of simple construction and low investment. It is suitable for the optimization and transformation of newly-built units and in-service units.
