Experimental study on flue gas waste heat recovery characteristics of inorganic ceramic membrane
The emission of wet saturated flue gas from coal-fired power station boiler leads to a large amount of low-temperature waste heat loss. Inorganic ceramic membrane is acid and alkali resistant and has strong chemical stability
which is an ideal material for recovering low-temperature waste heat from flue gas. In this paper
inorganic ceramic membrane is used as the core to carry out flue gas waste heat recovery experiment. The characteristic parameters of low temperature flue gas in boiler tail are analyzed. Compared with 316 L stainless steel
the strengthening effect of inorganic ceramic membrane in flue gas waste heat recovery is discussed. The results show that
the waste heat recovery of flue gas is mainly the latent heat recovery of water vaporization
up to 90%. Using circulating water as cooling medium will make the flue gas waste heat recovery ability stronger. Compared with circulating water
the inorganic ceramic membrane has a more significant effect on the recovery of waste heat from flue gas
and the enhancement coefficient is as high as 9(using air as cooling medium). Increasing the flue gas flow helps to improve the heat recovery power and compound heat transfer coefficient. At the same time
the inorganic ceramic membrane can also recover the condensate with higher water quality. This paper provides reference for recovery of waste heat from flue gas by inorganic ceramic membrane.
